Dr. Jonathan Fine is an expert on Political Military Studies, Terrorism & Guerilla Warfare, Arms Control and Israeli Studies. Dr.Fine is a graduate of the ICT special Executive Program on Counter Terrorism, and has an intensive background in modern history, political science and international relations. Recently, his main interest focuses on the transition from secular agenda political science to religious agenda political violence.

In recent years he was also a professional strategic adviser in various fields, and a visiting professor and lecture in the USA, Germany, Spain, The Russian Federation, Argentina, Uruguay and Mexico.
