Full Summary: No summary paragraph submitted.

Welcome Yellow Jackets to Georgia Tech! We at The Center for Assessment, Referral and Education (CARE), The Georgia Tech Counseling Center and Health Initiates are excited to welcome you on campus and to discuss the many opportunities to help you thrive at Georgia Tech. The first year of college and adjusting to college life can be a challenge for many students and their families. Moving from a different state or country, leaving family and important friendships, living on your own and challenging classes can all take a toll on our mental health and well-being. In this panel we will discuss the benefits of self-care and seeking mental health services on campus to succeed at Georgia Tech academically and mentally. In addition, you will have the opportunity to hear from three current GT students that will share their experience on the benefits of utilizing mental health and wellbeing services on campus. We look forward to seeing you there!
