There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

A new video series has been produced for the Georgia Tech research community to explain procedures for social distancing, use of personal protective equipment, disinfection and other protocols for those who will be working in research laboratories this summer.
Viewing the six-part series will be required for research faculty, staff and graduate students who plan to work in the lab this summer, including those who are returning to the lab for the first time since March and those who have continued to work in labs on mission-critical research.
The videos explain new protocols designed to promote the safety of research personnel and describe the changes and safety protocols as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Georgia Department of Public Health, and Governor Kemp’s Covid-19 Task Force.
Produced by the GTRI Communications Office in collaboration with the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research, Environmental Health and Safety and Institute Communications, the videos are located on the GTRC training site used for other safety presentations. Here’s how to view the videos:
