There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the School of Literature, Communication, and Culture, Ian Bogost, will host one of the most intriguing panels in the upcoming annual Game Developers Conference 2011 according to Games.com. Bogost's social gaming panel entitled “No Freaking Respect! Social Game Developers Rant Back” will take place during the conference February 28 through March 4 in San Francisco, California.
