Will the Earth ‘Remember’ the Coronavirus Pandemic?

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. Kim Cobb, a paleoclimatologist at the Georgia Institute of Technology, thinks the growing mountain of plastic personal protective equipment, or PPE, that is being discarded could show up in sediment layers in waterways.
