Trade is Not a Four-Letter Word

Featuring: Fred P. Hochberg

Former Chairman & President, U.S. Export-Import Bank

International Relations & Global Security Trade Series

Wednesday, May 20, 2020

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM ET

Trade allows us to sell what we produce at home and purchase what we don’t. In many countries, the trading of goods is the foundation of GDP and critical to the overall infrastructure of the economy and well-being of people.

What is our place as individuals within global trade?

Fred P. Hochberg, Former Chairman & President of the Export-Import Bank of the U.S, and author of the book “Trade is Not a Four-Letter Word”, will unravel the mysteries of trade. Hochberg will also shed some light on how trade will look like post-pandemic, as for now it seems like COVID-19 is exerting pressure on governments to embrace protectionist trade policies

As a courtesy, this program is OPEN TO ALL.
