Summaries

Summary Sentence: Join master storytellers who will facilitate a virtual solidarity circle. Bear witness to intimate, personal stories of vulnerability, resilience, struggle, and hope. Feel free to craft a story and join in sharing, or simply sit back, relax and listen.

Full Summary: No summary paragraph submitted.

"The telling and hearing of stories is a bonding ritual that breaks through illusions of separateness and activates a deep sense of our collective interdependence."

Feeling connected to community and maintaining balance and peace of mind, are vital in times of transition and uncertainty. From the dawn of humankind, authentic storytelling has lain at the heart of both our healing and ability to make sense of life.

Join master storytellers who will facilitate a virtual solidarity circle. Bear witness to intimate, personal stories of vulnerability, resilience, struggle, and hope. Please feel free to craft a mini-story (before or during the event) and join in sharing, or simply sit back, relax and empathically listen to 3-5 minute stories.

We’ll provide a safe space for all stories about: how recent life shifts have aided in profound self-discovery and/or “becoming;” how we are pivoting to prepare for the “new normal;”  how crisis and/or struggle has propelled us toward change; how we are accessing hope and building resilience; and what we are allowing to emerge from the ashes of the pandemic.

Welcome one, welcome all. Storytellers, story listeners, and those who simply want to bear witness to the power and beauty of storytelling!
