Stress Management for International Students

There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. How did you manage stress in your home country?  Are there wisdoms from home that you can share?  How are you managing stress in the US?  This interactive workshop will provide an opportunity for international students to dialogue about ways stress in managed around the world and also to learn from an experienced therapist about ways students can stay healthy in stressful times.
