There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Georgia Tech Arts is seeking projects for the 2021 ACCelerate: ACC Smithsonian Creativity and Innovation Festival in Washington, DC.
The festival serves as a gathering of all institutions included in the Atlantic Coast Conference to celebrate creativity and innovation with a specific focus on science, engineering, arts, and design. It will be held April 9 -11, 2021 at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.
Georgia Tech students, faculty and staff can submit completed, innovative, trans-disciplinary projects at the intersection of science, engineering, art, design, and technology for consideration in the showcase.
The deadline for project consideration for the upcoming festival is April 20, 2020. Top Georgia Tech projects will be selected for ACC and Smithsonian review and evaluation in May 2020. Notifications of final acceptance for the festival will be in July 2020.
