Summary Sentence: A series of inspirational talks from Tech professors

Full Summary: A series of inspirational talks from Tech professors

Professors are more than just teachers. They serve as mentors and sources of inspiration for students and have faced struggles and successes beyond the classroom in their careers and personal lives. "Illuminate Tech" is sponsored by the Undergraduate and Graduate SGA to provide a platform for members of the Georgia Tech community to share their story, and connect with others. This semester, we hope to feature personal stories of perseverance and resilience of faculty who have pushed through various barriers, be it personal or professional and emerged successful in their journey. These talks are envisioned to inspire, motivate and instill hope in the student community. This event will feature:

  • Philip Breedlove (Rtd. Gen. USAF & Distinguished Professor INTA)
  • Natalie Stingelin (Professor | MSE & ChBE)
  • Frank Rosenzweig (Professor | BIOS)

Event Format
Each speaker will have 20 minutes to share their story. We will open the floor to the audience for a 15 minute Q&A session, once all the speakers have given their talks.
