Georgia Tech has been ranked one of the Best Value Colleges for 2020 by the Princeton Review.
Tech was ranked #11 overall — the second-highest public university on the list — and in the top 2% of the 656 schools included in the study.
The rankings are compiled by comparing 40 different datapoints including academic rigor, financial aid, student debt, retention and graduation rates, and early career statistics, according to Princeton Review’s methodology.
Georgia Tech scored high marks for career placement – coming in at #19 – driven by student ratings of career services as well as starting and mid-career salary figures. Tech also ranked among the best alumni networks in the country at #8.
According to the Princeton Review, all of the schools on the Best Value Colleges list share three features: stellar academics, affordable cost, and strong career prospects.
