There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. All faculty, staff, and student assistants are required to have the approproate training each year before they can participate in a study abroad program. The Office of International Education, in collobration with the Dean of Students and Assistant Vice Provost for Advocacy and Conflict Resoluation, will host trainings to prepare Georgia Tech employees before they depart on an Institute sponsored study abroad program.

The training will be filmed and made available online within one week of being offered. Those unable to attend in-person may watch the training video online and sign an attestation statement. If an employee does not take the requsisite training, s/he may not participate as an employee in a Georgia Tech study abroad program.
