INTA Masters Student published in Communications ACM

Professor Sy Goodman and Andrew Harris recently published a column in the Communications of the ACM, "The Coming African Tsunami of Information Insecurity".

The column discusses the affordability and use of mobile phones in Africa increase, and how that will impact security vulnerabilities.

Harris was an INTA MS student who won a Presidential Management Fellowship and is now a Special Assistant to Ambassador Philip Verveer - International Communications and Information Policy (Economic, Energy and Business Affairs) with the U.S. Department of State.
