There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Please join us in the Student Center room 301 for our first General Meeting on Wednesday, Jan 15th from 6:15 to 7:15pm! During the first half-hour, PianoForte members and anyone else interested in the organization will have a chance to meet the executive officers over cookies and coffee, and to hear about current programs as well as plans for PianoForte’s future. Furthermore, attendees will get exclusive first access to free concert tickets for the upcoming Piano Recital on February 28th!
Is there anything piano-related you’d like to see on campus? More pianos, more practice space, teaching resources? Do you have any ideas about what is missing at Tech when it comes to music and the arts? During the second half of the meeting, we invite you to discuss all of your ideas as part of a dedicated brainstorming and discussions portion that will be internally transcribed, compiled, and organized for the President’s Strategic Planning Survey as part of an effort to institutionally improve our campus.
