WST Center Celebrates 20 YearsWST Learning Community OPEN HOUSES in Stein and Goldin Houses/4th St. Apts, 4th & Techwood: Wednesday, January 8, and Tuesday, January 14, 5-6pm, with snacks and tours.
Each resident has a single room and shares a bathroom with another resident. There is also generous common space in the two connected buildings: two kitchens, two laundry areas, two living rooms with couches and televisions, and two study rooms. There is a $200 program fee each term in addition to the Housing charge. Applications to live in the WST Learning Community in 2020-21 will be due February 1, 2020. WST Learning Community
The Women, Science, and Technology Learning Community (WST Lrn C), an innovative joint venture of the Center for the Study of Women, Science, and Technology (WST Center) and the Georgia Tech Department of Housing, connects students and faculty. The WST Lrn C offers programs addressing research and professional issues for women undergraduate and graduate students in any Georgia Tech major; the community includes 48 students living in Stein and Goldin Houses (4th St. Apartments A and B), who attend monthly dinners, bi-weekly lunches, campus receptions, and research panels.
