Full Summary: On Saturday February 1, 2020, the top 34 student teams (out of 400 across the state) will pit their autonomous LEGO robots against each other in the Georgia Tech FIRST LEGO League Tournament.

On Saturday February 1, 2020, 34 teams will gather at the Wayne Clough Undergraduate Learning Commons to pit their LEGO robots against one another in the Georgia Tech FIRST® LEGO® League Tournament. This all-day event will have about 300-400 students ages 9-14 on campus, along with their families, friends, and other members of their entourage to cheer them on.

In the 2019/20 FIRST® LEGO® League CITY SHAPER Challenge FLL teams will observe how cities and buildings grow, thrive, and change. They’ll create new, innovative solutions to help shape an optimal future, using our environment and modern-day tools and technology to make it last.

This event is coordinated by the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Women in Electrical and Computer Engineering, and the Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing.
