Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting will bring together more than 200 professionals from Georgia Tech, USG peer institutions, and industry partners for the third annual Organizational Effectiveness Conference. Registration is now open for the annual event, which will be held May 7-8, 2020, at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center.

The theme of the conference is “Strategy and Culture” and will focus on improving processes through organizational alignment, innovating with technology to adapt to changes in the workplace, and inspiring people to build and thrive in their communities.

Featuring keynote speakers, a leadership panel, entertainment, and ample networking opportunities, the 2020 conference will provide an array of learning offerings and experiences to empower attendees across various industries to tackle their greatest organizational challenges. Participants will benefit from customized breakout sessions tailored to their career level:

Level I: Responsible for leading change in the workplace at an individual level.
Level II: Responsible for leading change in the workplace at a team level.
Level III: Responsible for leading change in the workplace at the enterprise level.
