There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Photonics, Materials, Nanotechnology and Applied Robotics is a scientific symposium held 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Manufacturing Research Center. Georgia Tech and the Institute of Technologies, Information Sciences and Engineering have designed a wide-ranging two day symposium with keynote presentations by French and American experts on photonics, materials and nanotechnology and applied robotics. The collaboration in these subject areas between Georgia Tech and the French Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) will be highlighted in these discussions.
This event is being offered as part of “France-Atlanta 2010 – Together Toward Innovation”, a series of twenty separate events covering France-US collaborations in science, business, humanitarian efforts and the arts. This is jointly sponsored by Georgia Tech and the Consulate General of France.
