Stamps Health Services (SHS) will be offering flu shots at no charge to all Georgia Tech students who have paid their health fee throughout the fall semester. The flu shot is the best way to avoid contracting the flu, stay healthy, and remain in class all year long. The flu shot is recommended for everyone over the age of six months every year. SHS Senior Director Dr. Gregory Holton said, “Flu shots are our best protection from getting sick with the flu. The flu vaccination can reduce the risk of getting the flu, reduce the severity of the flu, and reduce the risk of getting hospitalized for the flu.” This flu season stay in class and reduce the spread of the virus by attending one of the following clinic dates:
11/6: Student Center Piedmont Room 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
11/20: Stamps Health Services 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
1/8: Stamps Health Services 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
1/22: Stamps Health Services 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
