Minor in Leadership StudiesLeadership continues to be one of the most pressing issues faced by global organizations today. Organizations are looking for students who have the ability to collaborate across boundaries, conceptualize new solutions, and motivate diverse teams. Encourage your student to level up their leadership skills by applying to Leading Edge (One-on-One Leadership Coaching) for the 2020 Spring Semester. In Leading Edge, they will explore and improve their individual and team leadership skills through practice and critical reflection, challenge themselves to be a better leader, and develop their leadership vision. The Minor in Leadership Studies is designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge of leadership theory, skills, and experience through a rigorous and multi-disciplinary program of study. Students will complete the program by applying their knowledge and skills through a project based experiential learning course. The minor is currently comprised of three tracks – Business, Global Engineering & Public Policy, offered through the Institute for Leadership & Entrepreneurship at the Scheller College of Business, the College of Civil and Environmental Engineering and the School of Public Policy at the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts.
