The Heartfulness Way Retreat is a day-long meditation retreat aimed at providing students and millennials in Atlanta an opportunity to relax, introspect and connect with like-minded individuals. This experiential program will include a digital detox (no phones or laptops), silent reflection time, as well as small group discussions. It will be centered around the newly released, bestselling book, Designing Destiny, which beautifully uncovers what it means to live by the heart and offers practical tips on how to meditate.

What to Expect

  • Digital Detox (no phones)
  • Practical Meditation Sessions (no prior experience needed!)
  • Group Discussions Lunch (included with registration)
  • Readings and Reflections from Designing Destiny (included with registration)

Schedule

This schedule is subject to change, but here’s a general idea of what to expect.

  • 9:00 - 9:30am : Registration
  • 9:30 – 10:30am : Welcome, Intro to Meditation, Practical Session
  • 10:30 – 12pm : Group Activity and Readings
  • 12:00 – 1:30pm : Lunch and Social Time
  • 1:30 – 2:00pm : Quiet Time
  • 2:00 – 3:30pm : Short Activity with Individual Reflection
  • 3:30 – 4:30pm : Meditation Session, Closing
