There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Homecoming Concert will take place on Friday, October 25, 2019. Because of rain earlier this week, the concert has been relocated from Tech Green to the E65-McCamish/Zelnak parking lot.

 

PARKING

Please remove your vehicles from the E65 (both McCamish and Zelnak sides) by 11:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 24. This includes service and government vehicles. Vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.

 

You are welcome to park in ER66-Family Housing/10th and Home deck. Access will be added to your BuzzCards or Carpool permits.

 

Note: 8th Street will be closed for this event. Volleyball parking will be available after 5:00 p.m. on Fowler Street, E63-O’Keefe and ER66-Family Housing/10th and Home deck.

 

Normal conditions will resume Saturday, October 26.

 

TRANSPORTATION

Shuttles will be provided for transportation to and from the concert using the following schedule:

 

6:30 – 8:00 p.m. - service before concert to McCamish Pavilion

8:30 – 11:00 p.m. - service after concert from McCamish Pavilion (last pick-up from McCamish at 10:45 p.m.)

 

West Campus Stops: Fitten Hall; West Village, 8th St/Hemphill

East Campus Stops: North Ave. Apartments, all stops on Techwood Drive
