EFT Tapping (or Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a simple and easy to learn technique that can be used for stress management. It is based on traditional Asian healing methods that are designed to calm the body’s responses to stress in the amygdala (located deep in the brain’s medial temporal lobe) and the vagus nerve, a cranial nerve that connects the brain to the rest of the body.

As we tune in to how we respond to stress while literally Tapping on specific meridian points on our own bodies, we very often gain immediate spaciousness and reduction in the stress response. Come learn the basics, experiment and experience the shift, and take home this free, easy to use and powerful stress release tool.
