To celebrate the opening of the Georgia Tech Supply Chain & Logistic Institute’s (SCL) Integrated Food Chain Center (IFC), Food Logistics Magazine initiated a new column titled, Cool Insights. The column, which began with the April / May 2010 issue, has exclusively featured thoughts from the faculty, staff, and partners of IFC on various aspects of food chain and will continue to do so through the final column of 2010. In all, IFC will have written six columns for the magazine. To read the articles, click on the links below:
