There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The office of Capital Planning and Space Management is offering training sessions on the Event Management System on Nov. 16 and Dec. 14 from 10 a.m. to noon and 2 to 4 p.m. All sessions will cover the same information. The trainings will take place in the Global Learning Center. Room information will be sent to each registered attendee.
This training is designed to give approvers of space requests support and guidance on the new campus-wide reservation system.
