There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Role-based security in OneUSG Connect provisions access for Georgia Tech employees to initiate transactions, view reports, approve time, and take other types of actions in the system. After Go-Live in Spring 2020, most role-based access provisioning is done automatically by the OneUSG Connect system. For example, anyone with a direct report will be provisioned by the system with the Manager role.
Automated Workflow in OneUSG Connect will route Manager Self-Service (MSS) transactions through an established approval process at Georgia Tech before the transaction is finalized in the system.
