There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Spring 2020 Georgia Tech student housing application opens this month for new and returning students. The My Housing application may be accessed from the Department of Housing website. Residents who are on campus this fall already have an academic year housing contract which includes both fall and spring semesters, and no action is required for spring housing.
Current residents are not required to move out of their residence hall during the semester break in December; however, please note the following dates before making travel arrangements:
· Friday, December 13, 2019, by noon: Move out for all students not residing on campus Spring 2020
· Sunday, December 15, 2019, by noon: Move out for graduating students
· Sunday, December 15, 2019, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.: Room switch
These dates were emailed to your student in September to help when end of semester plans are made.
If your student resides with us now or will in the future, we hope that their experience in our housing is positive and promotes academic success. We are available to help you and/or your student by phone (404-894-2470) and in our office Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or anytime by email (information@housing.gatech.edu). Our office is in North Avenue North Apartments on the east campus in room 126 - between the North Avenue North Community Restaurant and the turnstile entrance to the complex.
