There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The main Cable TV service to the Georgia Tech campus will be unavailable starting Monday, September 23. You may see back up channels until the full service returns on September 25.

Cable TV service will be unavailable starting Monday, September 23. It will return on September 25.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
We are upgrading the Georgia Tech Cable Network equipment and implementing a new channel lineup. GTCN’s new lineup features premium movie, music and sports networks including Showtime and the recently launched ACC Network. After the upgrade, you can find the new lineup online at http://gtcn.gatech.edu/channels.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
All cable TV users on campus, including housing residents.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
After the upgrade is complete, you will need to run a channel scan on your TV. For instructions on how to do this, go to https://techsupport.gatech.edu/cable-tv.
