Program on Strategic Stability Evaluation (POSSE) hosts a panel discussion, "Nuclear Dimensions to Triangular Relations: Issues over the Horizon" at George Washington University (Nov 15).
This event is open to the Public. For more information, visit the POSSE Website.
In addition, the POSSE core group will meet in Washington DC for its second workshop (14-16 November 2010 - Invitees Only). This event will make a shift from the scholarly focus of the event in March in Atlanta to a focus on policy and the application of theory to the problem of maintaining stability under smaller arsenals or revised postures. In addition to the young scholars of the core group, the workshop will assemble an august group of senior experts on the subject of deterrence and strategic stability.
