There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. On Thursday, September 12 Adam Stulberg, the Sam Nunn School chair and professor, will be presenting on "Russia's Response to Sanctions: Reciprocal, Asymmetrical, or Orthogonal" at the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Intelligence and Research.
This event will bring together experts with a focus on Russia and Eurasia to understand the implications for U.S. Policy. Presentations will be given about trends in Russia-Belarusian relations and implications for the west when Russia builds its military.
