No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The Georgia Tech Faculty Women’s Club (GTFWC) has been active since its first iteration in the 1920’s and offers activities that draw community members together for friendship and shared passions and interests. The club exists to promote the values of friendship, service, and scholarship. Community service activities are ongoing, and every year, scholarships are awarded to Georgia Tech students with a parent who is employed at Georgia Tech.
Originally formed as a social group for wives of male faculty members, membership became open to all Georgia Tech employees and family members who support the mission and vision of Georgia Tech. If interested, please consider attending the kick-off to the 2019-20 year at our annual Open House event at Barcelona Westside Ironworks.
