As a part of Georgia Tech's inaugural Suicide Prevention Week, September 8-14, 2019, Georgia Tech's Counseling Center has invited guest speaker, Carli Bushoven, to discuss suicide prevention.
Carli Bushoven is the sister of Madison Holleran. Maddy excelled at academics and athletics and enrolled at UPenn in Fall 2013 where she was a student-athlete. Tragically, Maddy took her own life in January 2014. Carli is passionate about suicide awareness and prevention, and shares Maddy’s story, and the impact it has on her family, to inspire others to talk about mental health and suicide.
