There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Incoming freshman are encouraged to attend New Student Convocation on Sunday, August 18, from 5 - 6 p.m. Just as Commencement is a ceremony that marks the completion of study, New Student Convocation celebrates a student's entry into higher education and serves as the Institute's official welcome to the campus community. During the ceremony, we acquaint new students with Georgia Tech's mission and traditions. Students and guests are asked to dress appropriately in smart casual attire. Convocation will be streamed live and will also be available to watch the following week on YouTube. The link to watch it live will be posted on Sunday, August 18, on this website.
