The Campus Recreation Center (CRC) is gearing up for fall semester with renovations, the annual maintenance week closure, and all staff training.
Georgia Tech Campus Recreation CenterThe Campus Recreation Center (CRC) is gearing up for fall semester with locker renovations, the annual maintenance week closure, and all staff training. Make sure you stay aware of these upcoming changes to the schedule and plan your workouts accordingly.
All CRC lockers will be replaced with new antimicrobial, GreenGuard℠ water resistant and mildew proof lockers. The current lockers from the 1996 Olympics will be retired during this upgrade. The shower partitions will also all be replaced during this renovation. Due to this change, locker usage will be limited. Find the full schedule of renovations below:
In addition to locker renovations, the CRC will be closed on August 1 from 7:30 a.m. – noon for all staff training. Additionally, the CRC will be fully closed for the annual maintenance week from August 3–11 with a partial opening from August 12–14. During this closure, CRC staff will remove all equipment, deep clean, paint, and perform yearly preventative maintenance before the new semester kicks off.
