Stingerette Service Hours Changes
As of July 1, 2019, the Stingerette Nighttime Shuttle operates from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Sunday (except on Institute holidays). Additional drivers have been added to support during peak hours.
In response to student feedback, service hours were changed from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to provide more driver service during the hours when student usage is higher.
All GT students may request Stingerette rides by downloading the GT Stingerette mobile app) or by visiting stingerette.com.

Cashless Office
Starting July 22, 2019, the PTS office will no longer accept cash at the front desk.
Permit Mailing
Permits purchased during spring registration will be mailed Monday, July 22, 2019. If you do not receive your permit by August 15, please email info.parking@parking.gatech.edu for assistance.
MARTA Pass Sales Changes
Starting July 25, 2019, monthly MARTA passes will be sold in the PTS office, located at 828 W. Peachtree St. in Tech Square. Passes will no longer be available in the BuzzCard office. The PTS office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The price for faculty/staff MARTA passes (non-payroll) will change from $68 to $72 starting with the August 2019 pass.

New Permit Sales and Virtual Permits
Driverseat.gatech.edu will open for permit sales July 24, 2019. Log on to purchase Annual Individual, Carpool, Semester, Evening/Weekend, SmartPark & Motorcycle permits.
The following locations will go “permitless” in 2019-2020 as part of the Virtual Permit Program:

W22-Dalney Street Deck (scheduled to open August 2019)
W23-North Campus Deck
E82-Centergy Deck
ER53-North Ave. Apartments North Deck
ER54-North Ave. Apartments South Deck

Customers in these locations may purchase/renew their permits as usual at driverseat.gatech.edu. However, they will not receive a physical permit to display in their cars. Be sure to update your license plate information as it will be used for gate access via license plate recognition readers.
Benefits of the virtual permit program include reducing the number of physical permits mailed from the PTS office; eliminating parking customers’ need to display permits as they have in previous years; and reducing the number of customers purchasing permits in the PTS office.
BuzzCards will continue to be the method of entry in each of the pilot decks.
NOTE: Customers will be required to park head-in only (no backing in) as their license plate information will be used for parking enforcement. Vehicles that are backed in are subject to citation.
