No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Bio:
Astrid-Christina Koch is currently a Counselor for the Science, Technology & Education section at the Delegation of the European Union to the USA in Washington, D.C. Prior to this assignment, Dr. Koch worked as Program Officer for Advanced Materials in the Research Directorate of the European Commission, which resulted in EC-NSF coordinated actions in Material Sciences. Before joining the European Commission, she worked as Senior Managing Scientific Officer in the German Ministry of Finance in Bonn; and as Customs Chemist and lecturer at the German Science & Training Center in Hamburg. Dr. Koch holds a Ph.D. in Natural Sciences from Kiel University, Germany.
