There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. The First-year student group does not include new graduates, new transfers, exchange, or uppder-class students new to housing.
First-year FASET 6 and FASET 7 participants may pick up room keys and move into their Fall 2019 rooms as indicated below:
FASET 6 may move in on Saturday, August 10, 2019.
FASET 7 may move in on Monday, August 12, 2019.
East Campus – Pick up your room keys at the East Community Housing Office 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
West Campus – Pick up your room keys 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Fitten Hall.

Georgia Tech Housing welcomes all new first-year students to move into their rooms on August 15 and 16, 2019. We encourage you to take advantage of the early move-in on Thursday and Friday so that you can settle in and fully participate in all the welcoming events on campus. Pick up your room keys according to your residence hall location.
East Campus
Thursday, August 15, 2019 at East Community Housing Office 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
Friday-Sunday, August 16-18, 2019, at East Community Housing Office 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
West Campus

If you are in a group/program that has been approved to move in early and choose to do so, there may be a $50 per night per student additional charge. Check with your group for details or questions. Picking up room keys is considered checking in regardless if you are simply getting keys, dropping off belongings, or spending the night.
