There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Are you a graduate student who has been offered and accepted a job with Georgia Tech? If so, you must be officially hired by Georgia Tech Human Resources. This process includes paperwork and verification of your identity, which allows you to be employed. You will need to present one or more of these documents in its original form (copies are not legally acceptable) at GradHiring.
GradHiring is a two-day hiring event for students who have been offered employment. At GradHiring, students will walk through their hiring process en masse, including the completion and submission of new hire documents as well as the opportunity to meet with representatives from Global HR, the U.S. Social Security Administration and a select group of banks.
Visit GradHiring to begin, and plan to be on campus on August 14 or 15 for mandatory HR employment onboarding.
Note: Students being rehired do not need to attend. Learn more about rehiring here.
