There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Fit to Thrive is a 5-week series designed to teach students, faculty, and staff how to incorporate the dimensions of well-being - social, emotional, spiritual, physical, and professional - into their daily lives so that they can flourish and be fulfilled. Individuals will learn and practice skills related to nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness, and stress management which will ultimately lead them to a thriving lifestyle. By the end of this program, participants will be able to:

  • Assess personal well-being and set goals to make improvements toward a healthy lifestyle.

  • Learn about personal fitness, nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle change.

  • Apply essential concepts in nutrition to a fit and healthy lifestyle.

  • Practice stress relief techniques.

Space is limited and registration is required. There is no cost to participate in this program.
