UWG's MA program has three tracks: Generalist, Thesis, and Public History. They also offer two certificates; one in Public History and the other in Museum Studies. Students who are in interested in pursuing an MA at UWG will find that faculty specializations range from War, State, and Society to Southern History to Gender and Sexuality.
Funding:
UWG has funding opportunities for graduate students in the form of Graduate Assistantships (in the department, the Center for Public History, and with community organizations). They also award a Minority Fellowship each academic year to an incoming eligible student.
