Full Summary: Teacher Workshop designed for educators of students from all age groups interested in implementing the K-12 InVenture Prize curriculum.  The one-day forum, led by experienced K-12 InVenture Prize teachers, will provide an overview of the K-12 InVenture Prize. In addition to the overview and introduction to the curriculum, Iron CAD will describe how to incorporate its technology in the classroom and GIPA (Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance) will provide an introduction to intellectual property.

The K-12 Inventure Prize Workshop is a teacher workshop designed for educators from all age groups interested in implementing the K-12 InVenture Prize curriculum.  The one-day forum, led by experienced K-12 InVenture Prize teachers, will provide an overview of the K-12 InVenture Prize. Along with an overview and introduction to the curriculum, the forum will offer first-hand knowledge of how to institute the curriculum for your specific age-group, will provide effective teaching strategies, and will review the timeline for participating in the program.

Additionally, during this Workshop, Iron CAD will describe how to incorporate its technology in the classroom and GIPA (Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance) will provide an introduction to intellectual property.

This workshop is open for teachers of all subjects including STEM, Humanities, and the Arts. Whether you are a new K-12 InVenture Prize educator or a seasoned one, you are welcome to register for upcoming Workshops in your area.

Registration costs $25 and is non-refundable if canceled less than seven days prior to the workshop.
