There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Campus Info Sessions are meetings highlighting specific process areas in the HCM Transformation program. They are open to all faculty, staff, and student employees who want to learn more about the transition to OneUSG Connect.
The Manager Self-Service module will allow managers to view and manage information about their direct reports. It will also provide managers with access to position management. Currently, many HR practitioners (HRBP's, Reps and Contacts) initiate employee and position management transactions. With with OneUSG Connect, managers will own the process of initiating these transactions and other personnel transactions.
Understanding these changes will be essential for managers to effectively manage and lead their teams. Register for an info session to learn more about position management and the Manager Self-Service module.
