There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Through a competitive bid process, the University System of Georgia (USG) has selected United Healthcare for the Student Health Insurance Program (SHIP) for the 2019-20 academic year. This year, a Student Health Insurance Advisory Committee was formed which included student, faculty, and staff representatives. The committee met to make recommendations regarding the plan premiums and benefits this year and will continue to meet to make recommendations in future years to review.
The plan benefits under United Healthcare for the 2019-20 Academic Year will remain the same as under Student Blue for the 2018-19 Academic Year. The only changes to the plan include:
