There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Over the past 9 months, the Financials Transformation Program team has hosted 16 different info sessions covering the topics of the foundation data model (FDM), expenses, grants, and procurement in Workday. The final in the series of sessions covers Reporting in Workday.
Reporting in Workday will enable campus to make informed business decisions. With real-time data and drill down functionality, Workday reporting works with users to proactively identify anomalies and trends. Workday provides an easy to use interface with functionality including:
Attendees can expect to learn the advantages that come with this new way of reporting, see the interface of Workday Reports, and a demo of the reporting functionality.
There are three sessions to choose from and attendees must complete this survey to reserve a spot.
More than 1,600 financials users across campus have attended the past 4 series of sessions to learn more about the Workday Go Live.
