There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Tax season is coming to an end, and the Georgia Tech Post Office wants to make the process easier with extended hours for tax day! To allow you extra time to get your tax return in the mail, the Post Office will be open from 8:30am – 6:00pm on Monday, April 15th.
If you plan to submit your tax return through the mail on April 15th, you will need to complete a proof of mailing certificate to receive a date stamp on your tax return. The cost of the certificate and date stamp is $1.45 per envelope. We encourage you to mail your tax return as early as possible to avoid the need for additional services.
