There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Living on campus during the summer at Georgia Tech can be both fun and busy. To help you make your summer plans, we want to provide the move in AND move out dates now.

Move In Dates

  • Summer Challenge – Saturday, June 22, 2019. ( NO early move in.)

Check in and pick up your key at the area office which serves your residence hall. Full and Early Short Summer residents may move in as early as Wednesday, May 8, 2019 for an additional charge of $50 per night per student.

Move Out Dates

  • Full and Late Short Summer Sessions:
    • Friday, July 26, 2019 for Summer Challenge.
    • Friday, August 2, 2019 for students not living on campus in Fall 2019 move out by noon.
    • Saturday, August 3 is Room Switch Day for students who will live on campus in Fall 2019.
    • Early Short Summer Session - Move out by Wednesday, June 19, 2019.
