Oakland Cemetery EntranceMOVE invites you to join them in a day of service at the History Oakland Cemetery! We are celebrating the many hours of service accumulated by the Georgia Tech community by ending the year with a fun service opportunity!
Participants will join the Historic Oakland Foundation to assist with improvements and general upkeep of the gardens in this 48-acre park and historic site. Participants will lay sod and otherwise beautify the historic African American Grounds. Additional gardening tasks may be undertaken depending on the number of participants and the weather, including in our greenhouse.
