Looking to get the most out of your Georgia Tech employment? Attend a Be Well workshop!

Offered a few times each month, Be Well workshops are free health, wellness, and benefits education classes open to all Institute employees and students.

These sessions are designed to educate employees on the plethora of benefits they receive as Georgia Tech employees, many of which may go overlooked throughout the year.

The 2019 calendar brings back popular classes from last year, including Education Assistance and Student Loan Forgiveness.

Upcoming workshops feature different types of leave of absence available to employees, preparing for home ownership, planning for retirement, and exercising at your desk.

“Each year we strive to improve previous Be Well workshops and add more courses based on feedback from past participants,” said GTHR’s Work-Life Specialist Candice Bovian.

Be sure to also check out wellness webinars offered by our benefit vendors for not just your physical health, but financial health as well.

All classes are taught by trained professionals in convenient locations around campus. Most workshops require advance registration. For a complete listing of courses and registration information visit: https://hr.gatech.edu/be-well.
