There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Functionally the new site is identical to the old one. webteam@gatech.edu

Georgia Tech is in the business of creating the next — the next idea, the next technology, and the next legion of visionary leaders. And when our innermost systems are aligned and operating smoothly, creating the next is obtainable.

The Institute’s strategic approach for managing Human Resources (HR) transactions is changing. At the end of 2019, the Institute will transition to a new platform, OneUSG Connect, as our Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

OneUSG Connect is part of a larger initiative launched by the University System of Georgia (USG) in support of the Chancellor’s strategic imperative of accountability, efficiency, and innovation.

Georgia Tech has assembled a cross-functional team to plan and implement this transformation. Representatives from Georgia Tech Human Resources, Enterprise Resource Planning Department and other units across the Institute are working together with Huron Consulting, our system integration partner, and the USG project team.

The team created this four-part series to help breakdown the HCM Transformation, explaining what it is, why it’s happening and how it will impact you.
