There is now a CONTENT FREEZE for Mercury while we switch to a new platform. It began on Friday, March 10 at 6pm and will end on Wednesday, March 15 at noon. No new content can be created during this time, but all material in the system as of the beginning of the freeze will be migrated to the new platform, including users and groups. Please join the Sam Nunn School of International Affairs, the Center for European and Transatlantic Studies, and the Center for International Strategy, Technology, and Policy as they host Mr. Jean-Luc Bald. Mr. Bald is the First Secretary in charge of Space at the European Union Delegation to the United States of America. In his role, he works inter alia on cooperation between the European Union and the U.S., in particular for space-based navigation, Earth observation, space surveillance and tracking and space research. In his previous role, from 2008 to 2014, he worked on Galileo, Copernicus, European space policy, and defense and security industries within the European Commission's Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry. Previously, he was at the European GNSS (Galileo) Agency in 2007.
